Returns and Exchange

Our Policies



Please indicate your order number, the item you wish to return and a valid reason for return. We will get back to you within two working days if it will be approved. Please email us at within 7 working days from the day you receive.

Do note that any shipping costs will not be refunded. All items must be returned in the same condition and shipping cost will be borne by the customer. You are advised to use a traceable shipping service.


Wrong Delivery Address / Wrong Email address

Please ensure that your email and address provided is correct. Any failure for delivery due to wrong personal information provided will result in a re-delivery charge if the item has been returned to us.

All personal details should be entered correctly before checking out. On the occasion where you realise there is an error, please email us immediately and we will update the correct details for you if the parcel has not been shipping out yet.


Cancellations/Change Of Orders

Once order is confirmed and payment is made, there will be strictly no cancellation or change of orders.


Wrong Items / Missing Items

If there is a mistake in your parcel, please send us an email at within 7 working days from the date you received. We will work on getting your shipment fixed right away!

For exchange, you are advised to use a traceable shipping service.Exchange will not be done for parcel not received.
